Why Choose Conventional

Straightforward mortgages that work for your timeline

A conventional mortgage is a loan not backed by a government agency, which means you work directly with us to structure financing that matches your circumstances. We offer both fixed-rate and adjustable-rate options so you can choose the payment predictability or initial savings that serve you best. Whether you're a first-time buyer or moving to your next home, conventional financing provides clear terms and transparent costs from application through closing. Our team walks beside you at every step, answering questions and explaining options in plain language. We believe homeownership should feel achievable, not overwhelming, which is why we take time to understand your goals before recommending a loan structure. Your financial picture is unique, and your mortgage should reflect that.

From Application to Keys

A process designed for clarity and confidence

We know that applying for a mortgage can feel like navigating unfamiliar territory. That's why we've built a process that keeps you informed every step of the way. After you apply, we'll request documentation to verify your income, assets, and employment. While our underwriting team reviews your file, your loan officer remains your main point of contact, explaining what we're looking for and what happens next. Once your loan is approved, we'll order a property appraisal and title search. You'll then move to the final stages, where closing disclosure documents are prepared and a closing date is scheduled. We work with you to find a time that works for your schedule. Two business days before closing, you'll receive your final Closing Disclosure so you can review all loan terms and costs. At closing, you'll sign documents and receive the keys to your new home. Throughout this journey, transparency guides everything we do.
